Day Late and Bullet Short

Mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.  Yesterday was National Ammo Day, and I missed it.  It was also my wedding anniversary, and fortunately I remembered that!  That’s my excuse, and this untimely post will have to do.

Now, when the hell is National Arts Day?  Oh, apparently it spans two days and one of them is April Fools.  (Insert your own joke here.)  Actually it’s “Arts Advocacy Day,” which suggests an occasion on which we ask the government to give us more arts.

Did anybody ask the government yesterday for more ammo?
